Shipping and return
Dear Costumer:
Once you received your order from the delivery date, you have 14 days to return the product. Customer pays for the return shipping after contact us and confirmed a refund will be issued. All products which are approved for return will be issued refund back to the original way within 14 days. All products returned MUST be in the original shipping Package in the same condition as it was originally shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item ONLY. There is NO return for any parts that have been used, modified, painted, or damaged. Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it be in the same condition.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours for free. The product will be shipped to you and you will have to follow the return policy after 24 hours the order has been placed.
If product coating has issues, please contact us for exchange or come to our shop since some issues can be fixed.
